Miley Cyrus Involved in a Hit and Run?
Hannah Montana is at it again, and not in a good way! Earlier this year, she was caught talking on her mobile phone wile driving. Now, according to reports, just this past week Miley smacked into another parked car in a Los Angeles restaurant. The white Mercedes Benz SUV that Miley was driving totalled a 1991 Camry, belonging to the parking attendant. Instead of waiting and reporting the accident, Miley fled the scene after leaving her phone number with the parking attendant. How can a super star be in too much of a rush to stay and help out the Los Angeles parking attendant who’s car she hit? The attendant didn’t file a police report at the time — but I am sure that if he hired a Queens car accident attorney, he would do so immediately.
Mauro Fiore, Miley’s attorney, claimed that the white Mercedes Benz SUV belonged to her boyfriend; however it has been proven that it belonged to her mother.
And as for whether or not this will be constituted as a hit and run, since she did leave her phone number and contact information, it will not. It is a good thing that nobody was seriously injured, that a personal injury attorney did not have to be called in. If this had turned into a big hit and run lawsuit, it could have been the end of her career. Lucky for Miley, she can keep being her happy Hannah Montana self.
