Escort going to Colorado to Press Charges Against Charlie Sheen

Monday’s hotel fiasco starring Charlie Sheen is becoming the gift that just keeps on giving; Now the escort who police say was locked in the closet wants the Colorado DA to void Charlie’s probation, because he allegedly held her against her will.

The escort, Capri Anderson claims that after locking herself in the bathroom Charlie tried to break in, and was repeatedly punching the door. She also claims she feared for her life.

Now Anderson – who was born plain Christina Walsh – plans to fly to Colorado in the next few days to press her case for Sheen to lose his probation with the Pitkin County attorneys in charge of his recent domestic violence case.

And Anderson has already hired a high-profile Beverly Hills attorney to assist in her suit.

“We’re weighing our legal options,” a source close to Anderson told TMZ.

Staff for the Pitkin D.A, Martin Beeson say any grievance concerning alleged criminal activity in New York should be filed in that state, not Pitkin County. But the D.A has an “open-door policy,” and his aides say he would see her.

There’s one glitch in the story – When cops interviewed Anderson on Monday night she never mentioned any fears for her safety, or that Charlie was holding her against her will.

So what changed her mind?…  Hummmm$$$$$
