Mary Delgado ,who accepted the coveted final rose from bass fisherman Byron Velvick on Season 6 of ABCs The Bachelor in 2004 , was arrested on charges of suspicion of DUI in Tampa at around 12 AM Thursday morning. Delgado was reportedly taken into custody after refusing a blood alcohol test. She was released on a dollar 500 bond. This is not Delgados first brush with the law.
